Trinidad PM under fire over Commonwealth report

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad — According to Canadian Senator Hugh Segal, Kamla Persad-Bissessar, the current chair-in-office of the Commonwealth and the prime minister of Trinidad and Tobago, has “inexplicably” decided that a report recommending a number of major reforms to the 54-nation organisation should be kept secret.
